Shipping/Order Status

What’s my tracking number?

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you within 48 hours of when the order ships. Tracking numbers are not available for orders being shipped to HI, AK and international orders.

When can I expect my package?

US Orders: Typical shipping time is 3 to 10 business days.
Canadian Orders: Typical shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks.
All trial or warranty periods begin from the date of item delivery.

I never received my package. What do I do?

What is the status of my driver follow up?

Results of the driver follow up will be emailed to you within 3 to 5 weeks of the request being made. If you don’t receive contact from UPS within 5 weeks, please submit an inquiry form at http://support.thetotaltransformation.com, and we will respond via email with further information.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I get expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipping.

Can I use my own UPS/FEDEX/USPS account to ship?

We are not able to accept personal shipping accounts.

How do I find out?

This is most likely: a.) a one-time charge or a monthly installment arrangement for a program ordered from Legacy Publishing Company, depending on the promotion at the time of purchase; or b.) a reoccurring payment arrangement for Support Line service. Product Return

How do I send my program back?

To receive return instructions and an authorization number, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-460-2235, (Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm EST) within 30 days of the date of delivery.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from when the program is received at the warehouse for the refund to process.

Have you received my returned item?

If a tracking number or proof of return from the shipment is not available, please submit an inquiry form at http://support.thetotaltransformation.com and we will respond via email with further assistance.

What is the return address?

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally via USPS. Shipping and Handling on international orders is $25.00. To place an order, please call 011-207-856-5600, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

I’m having trouble placing an international order on your website. What do I do?
